The Files tab is used to select the target files downloaded earlier.  These files are available by selecting the "..." box in the upper right, selecting the appropriate  .UBX files and click "Open".  

Files are extracted to RINEX format and the header data including the Start and End time in UTC format is displayed.  Large files may take a moment to display.

Now switch to the CORS tab.
