About the Role
InTerra is on the lookout for an exceptional Sales Executive who loves helping customers succeed. You’ll be the trusted voice introducing InTerra’s solutions to surveyors, engineers, DOT decision-makers, and drone professionals — guiding them from first conversation to signed deal and beyond.
You’ll be part of a close-knit team where your ideas will be heard and your impact will be visible. You’ll manage your pipeline, run your demos (with support from our Sales Engineers), work with partners and channel resellers, and contribute to a sales culture where customer success always comes first.

What You’ll Do
- Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities in surveying, engineering, DOT, AEC, and related markets
- Manage your pipeline using Zoho CRM, and drive consistent outreach and follow-up
- Conduct product demos via Microsoft Teams and in the field (Sales Engineers will support technical depth)
- Build strong relationships with partners and channel resellers to expand brand awareness and sales impact
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers — building long-term relationships and customer loyalty
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, partner events, and customer site visits
- Stay sharp — continually deepen your understanding of drone mapping, photogrammetry, survey workflows, and industry trends
- Consistently hit or exceed your revenue targets (and celebrate those wins with the team!)
- Share valuable customer feedback with leadership and product teams — your voice matters here!
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of quota-carrying technical sales experience (geospatial, drone mapping, surveying, AEC, or related fields)
- Strong experience with CRM systems (Zoho CRM a plus)
- Proven ability to manage sales pipelines and close deals
- Familiarity with drone mapping workflows, ground control, photogrammetry, PPK/RTK
- A true relationship builder — you enjoy helping customers succeed
- Comfortable working with partners and channel sales models
- Willing and able to travel regionally and nationally for customer meetings and industry events
Bonus: Degree in Business, GIS, Surveying, Civil Engineering, or similar — but what matters most is your ability to connect with customers and drive sales in this space.
Bonus: FAA Part 107 certification — not required, but familiarity with drone operations and field workflows is a strong plus.

Compensation
- Base Salary Range: $52,000 – $64,000 / year
- Uncapped Commission: $45,000 – $70,000 / year (performance-based)
- Telecom Stipend: $50/month
- Employer-paid BCBS individual health insurance (~$6,000 annual value)
- Unlimited Paid Time Off (UPTO) — we trust our team to manage their time responsibly
- Paid company holidays
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $97,000 – $134,000
